Estimates

Estimates are based on the scope observed or described at the time of quoting and remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Scheduling

Start dates are confirmed in writing. Weather, permitting and material availability may affect schedules; we communicate changes as early as possible.

Change orders

Any change to the agreed scope is documented and priced before the work proceeds. No surprises.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your project agreement. Invoices are due as scheduled in that agreement.

Warranty

Workmanship is warranted per your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied materials. Questions? Call 780-882-7050.
